Flow

A breath-led, full-body experience to move, ground, and renew.  In this 60-minute Flow-style class, we’ll move through a thoughtfully sequenced practice that links breath to movement, creating a steady rhythm that supports both strength and ease. Class begins with grounding breathwork and gentle stretches, builds into energizing standing flows, and ends with deep, calming poses and rest.  Each class is designed to support your body and mind—offering space to explore, soften, and reconnect. Variations and modifications are always welcome, making this an inclusive, all-levels practice that meets you where you are.  Whether you're here to move through tension, reconnect with your breath, or simply enjoy the flow, this class offers a nourishing pause in your day—and a return to yourself.

Restorative

Stillness, softness, and space to simply be.  This 60-minute Restorative Yoga class is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support deep rest. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we’ll settle into a series of fully supported poses held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to unwind.  You won’t be “doing” much in this class—and that’s the point. Through stillness, breath, and mindful presence, this practice offers a spacious pause in your day, inviting your body to shift into rest-and-receive mode.  Perfect for all levels and especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, or transition, this class is an invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, and be held by the practice.

Gentle

Slow, soothing, and deeply supportive.  This 60-minute Gentle Yoga class offers a soft, mindful approach to movement and breath. Designed to nourish both body and spirit, we’ll move slowly through simple stretches, foundational postures, and breath-centered transitions—leaving plenty of space for rest, reflection, and connection.  Perfect for beginners, those returning to their mat, or anyone seeking a quieter, more grounding practice, this class emphasizes ease over effort. You'll be guided with care and offered modifications throughout to support your unique needs.  Expect a calming, accessible flow that honors your pace and invites you to move with intention, soften with breath, and return to the present moment—one mindful movement at a time.

Yin

Deep stillness. Quiet strength. Inner spaciousness.  This 60-minute Yin Yoga class is a meditative, floor-based practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently stretch the deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia. With the support of props and the guidance of breath, this practice invites you to soften, surrender, and settle into stillness.  Unlike active styles of yoga, Yin is about releasing effort and allowing gravity to do the work. As you linger in each posture, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, tune inward, and cultivate a quiet resilience—both physically and emotionally.  To deepen the contemplative atmosphere, poetry is read during the poses—carefully selected to echo the mood, energy, or intention of each shape. These words offer a gentle anchor for your awareness, encouraging reflection and emotional connection as you rest in stillness.  This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and create space in both body and mind. A beautiful complement to more dynamic practices, Yin offers a chance to pause, reflect, and restore.

Ashtanga

inspired

Rooted in tradition, adapted for today.  This 90-minute Ashtanga-inspired class blends the structure and rhythm of the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series with a more accessible, creative approach. You’ll move through a dynamic sequence that includes sun salutations, standing postures, seated poses, and a closing flow—guided by breath and steady movement.  While inspired by the discipline of Ashtanga, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Modifications and options are offered throughout, making the practice approachable for both seasoned yogis and curious newcomers.  Expect a strong, focused practice that builds heat, cultivates inner awareness, and leaves you feeling grounded, clear, and connected—from the inside out.

Candlelit Flow & Yoga Nidra

90 minutes total | 60-minute gentle flow + 30-minute guided rest

Unwind, release, and return to yourself.  This deeply nourishing 90-minute class begins with a 60-minute candlelit flow—a gentle, breath-led sequence designed to open the body, calm the mind, and ease tension. Surrounded by soft candlelight, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, blending fluid movement with mindful breath and moments of stillness.  After the flow, you’ll be guided into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep"—a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice done lying down in savasana. Yoga Nidra invites you to rest in a state between waking and sleep, where the body relaxes completely and the mind becomes quiet and clear.  This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or simply a quiet space to slow down and reconnect. All levels are welcome—come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, grounded, and restored from the inside out.
